Cabernet Sauvignon - 2022

This Cabernet was selectively handpicked from a single parcel of fruit surrounded by native title forest. Basket pressed and fermented using traditional oxidative methods in open fermenters before 12 months of maturation in French Barriques. 

Expect rich dark fruits, black pepper and cedar elements with a smooth and balanced acid composition.
