This Vintage marks the 30th year of our Chenin Blanc Vines. Planted in rich Wilyabrup soils the vines sit on a hillside with a north facing aspect which enables early and even ripening. The dry grown fruit is harvested by hand and pressed to a portion of French barriques and stainless-steel tanks before final blending. Expect preserved lemon, nashi pear and white peach influences in this dry white wine.
