The only block at Settlers Ridge planted in an East-West orientation, our Sauvignon Blanc captures natural run off from protected native title forest. On a hillside that captures the late westerly sun, our vines bask in the warmth of the afternoon glow, ripening slowly to perfection. 

Tropical fruits with hints of citrus, while delicate herbal undertones add complexity and depth. Each sip is a harmonious balance of acidity and texture, culminating in a lingering, memorable finish.
