We've embraced the ancient winemaking technique of whole bunch fermentation with this Shiraz. This method brings out the unique character of the fruit, infusing the wine with layers of complexity and depth while remaining light on the palate. This Shiraz contains hand selected partial whole bunch ferment and partial macerated ferment.
Expect blackberry, cherry and floral violet aromas with a complex yet soft and silky palate.
