Cabernet Sauvignon - 2018

Our 2018 Cabernet has been matured for 12 Months in French barriques and Hungarian hogshead barrels. This low intervention wine was selectively handpicked, basket pressed and bottled with minimal preservatives.

Increased cellar time before release, expresses this wine's soft and elegant tannin structure. Expect rich black cherry, eucalyptus and coffee bean elements with a balanced acid structure.
